AUG A1

The Steyr AUG was first seen in the mid-1970s in Austria and soon was adopted by armed forces across the world. Now JG Works has recreated the AUG Steyr in a gel blaster.
The AUG A1 is based on the F88 AUS Steyr, if you have spent any time in the military over the past 20 plus years, you would have likely had your hands on the real steel one of these.

Removable Barrel

Removable barrel and folding front handgrip, just like the real steel. Dual-action trigger, a half pull of the trigger will give you a single shot, and a full pull of the trigger will give you full auto. The handle has an integrated optic sight with slight magnification.

Quality where it counts

With the combination of the Metal and Polymer construction, the metal V3 gearbox and gears and full metal rack and piston, this is one strong and powerful blaster

280-300 FPS

Right out of the box this blaster hits 280-300 FPS, there is nothing else needed to do but charge your battery, and grow your gels. M4A1 recommends upgrading your gels to some Ausgel Armour Tech Yellows for best performance.

Please remember to check all local laws regarding the usage and ownership of gel blasters in your particular State or Territory.
Use protective eyewear at ALL times as incorrect usage can lead to eye damage.
Gelblasters must be concealed during transport and used in designated areas.
* Note gels supplied are usually of low quality it is highly recommended to use Ausgel gels for best results

Nicely made item, fantastic straight out of the box.

Have a few blasters and been looking to upgrade but decided on the JG AUG A1 instead. Very nicely made, great solid feel to it and runs well straight out of the box. Unlikely I'll need anything else after this one, two thumbs up.

    amazing

I have hated the past aug blasters.
the looked okish and felt like they would break in your hands and frankly just didn't have the faith in the.

After I just touched this one in store I loved it.
I took this to a field the day after getting it and everyone loved it, so many questions and it was a real stand out.
it packs the perfect punch, with out a hopup it shoots great.
I will fiddle with a hopup to finetune it.
but straight out of the box, it's amazing.
I would recommend extra mags, but that's a given.
I normally break blasters on the field and spend my trip home popping into the store to get it looked at and fixed.

first time I went straight home.

This blaster is a must have, it looks and feels amazing.

PRO, FIRST the trigger.... it's friggen awesome and responds well. no need to switch to single or auto, like the real deal this thing has it all in the trigger.
pretty much everything. well made, nice to handle. switching hands etc is seamless.

    CONS... mag capacity
it fires hard and fast, the placement of the mag will makes the drum mags awkward.
a thicker mag and longer would be great to have.
but all in all..... if this is my only complaint, it means I am looking for something to bitch about and this is it.
also the safety can push all the way through if you are not paying attention and you shove it in (I didn't have this issue, just noticed it's a bit on the loose side, pay attention to it is all I'm saying. odds of knocking it out is really low, it just feels like the weakest part... there is a real fact that I am wrong on this and it's just me)
