WARRANTY
All blasters purchased through M4A1gelblaster from the 12/02/19 inclusive come included with a 30-day limited warranty to cover manufacturing faults. All blasters are tested pre-purchase in-store by our skilled technicians. Faulty products must be sent back with proof of purchase and a written description of the fault. Any blaster found to be physically damaged by user neglect, either internally or externally, upgraded or modified, opened or attempted to be opened, used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use included, but not limited to, the use of BB's, metal or plastic or otherwise will void the warranty. Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in fully functional working order will incur a fee to cover return postage. Items found to be defective under warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no extra cost. Returns will not be accepted from any State except QLD. Please be advised that due to the product's nature, regular and extended use of a gel blaster will cause wear on internal components and require maintenance. M4A1gelblaster's warranty policy is based on what is reasonable and any claims made exceeding past the 30-days will be assessed on a case by case basis to determine if it appropriate to fix or replace a fault.
Please note, for every warranty claim made, the order in which we will complete the claim is we will repair the item, and if we cannot repair it, it will be replaced. If no replacement can be made available and we cannot repair it, we will offer in-store credit. Once your warranty claim has been completed, any new claims will follow the same procedure.
RETURNS
Returns and refunds will be carried out under Australian Consumer Law as determined by information from the ACCC (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers).
Change of mind returns is not accepted. If your items are not faulty, we are unable to return/exchange the product.
Upon receiving the items, our technicians must complete an assessment to determine the fault and what has caused it. Upon completing the assessment, we will have the items repaired/replaced/refunded depending on the circumstances and what has been requested. (Most assessments take approx. 1-3 business days to complete, and we will be in contact with you with any updates regarding the assessment.)
Items returned due to a manufacturing fault will be either repaired, replaced or refunded at no extra cost.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please contact your bank for approximate times for refunds.
