DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

WE ONLY SHIP TO QLD

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders placed during weekdays will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our logistical warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. (Please note, Express Post option will not shorten the processing time. It will, however, be the quickest delivery time once the order has been dispatched)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive a confirmation upon dispatch from the warehouse. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us by email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note these shipping time will only occur after your order has been processed and dispatched. (Refer above for Processing Time)

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24-48 hours after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

M4A1 Gelblaster is not liable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc.)

Damages/Lost in Transit

M4A1 Gelblaster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged or your order has been lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
